About
Raleigh is changing. We're building the relationships and the know-how to make sure people shape what comes next.
Why this work exists
Big decisions about Raleigh and Wake County β about land, water, housing, work, and safety β are often made without the people who live with the consequences in the room. This work exists to change that.
Community power
Community power means people having the knowledge, relationships, and organization to shape the decisions that affect their lives.
Public participation
We help people understand how decisions get made, show up at public meetings and hearings, and make their voices heard.
Relationship-building
Organizing starts with relationships. We bring neighbors, organizers, and organizations together to learn from each other and act together.
Beyond individual events
The People's Assembly was an important moment, not the whole story. We're building something that continues between events β through learning, action, and the relationships that hold it together.
Organizations supporting this work
We'll add participating organizations here as they're confirmed.
